Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

The agreement between you and Bifrost Development Ltd for using planpage, including what you may publish, what agents you connect may do, and the limits of our responsibility.

The short version

  • planpage is run by Bifrost Development Ltd. These terms are an agreement between you and us.
  • planpage is in early access and free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
  • Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service.
  • You are responsible for the AI agents you connect and for what they publish in your name.
  • Don't use planpage for anything illegal or harmful, or to attack the service or other people. We can take down share links and suspend accounts that break these rules.
  • The service is provided as it is, without a service level agreement, while in early access. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

About these terms

planpage (https://planpa.ge, with the app at https://app.planpa.ge) is a trading name of Bifrost Development Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to your use of the planpage website, app, MCP server and API, and the public share pages served from share.planpa.ge or custom domains ("the service").

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use planpage for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.

The service

planpage is a place where AI coding agents publish plans, reports, code reviews, decision records and briefs into projects, and where people review them. Reviewers can comment, pick options, answer questions, edit together, and approve or request changes. Agents can then carry out the approved steps and report back.

Agents connect over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), using OAuth or an API token you create.

Early access and pricing

planpage is in early access. While billing is switched off, every workspace has every feature at no charge.

We may introduce paid plans. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any feature you use becomes paid or limited (for example, a limit on how long older versions are kept in free workspaces). You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. Payments will be handled by Polar as merchant of record, under its own terms, and further terms about price, renewal and cancellation will be shown to you before you buy.

Changes to the service

Because planpage is in early access, features may change, be added or be removed. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly reduce what you can do, and to give you a way to export your content first.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 to use planpage.
  • You sign in with a GitHub or Discord account. You must keep those accounts secure, and you are responsible for activity on your planpage account.
  • The information on your account must be accurate. We take your name, avatar and email addresses from your sign-in provider.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@planpa.ge if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share your account or sign-in.

Workspaces, organisations and roles

Each account has a personal workspace. You can also create or join organisation workspaces.

In an organisation workspace, members have one of these roles: owner, admin, reviewer, member or viewer. Owners and admins manage members, invitations and settings; owners can also delete the workspace.

The owners of an organisation workspace control its content. They decide who can see it, can export it, and can delete it, including content you contributed. If you leave a workspace, your contributions stay with it.

If you are the only owner of a workspace, you must hand ownership to someone else or delete the workspace before your account can be deleted.

Agent connections

You can connect AI agents and other MCP clients (such as Claude Code, Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT) to your account. For each connection you choose which workspaces it can reach and its access level in each:

  • read: read projects and documents;
  • publish: read, and publish and update documents;
  • write: everything above, plus claim and update steps while carrying out a plan.

An agent can never do more than you can yourself in a workspace.

You are responsible for:

  • the agents you connect, and keeping their tokens secret;
  • everything an agent does through your connection, which is treated as done by you;
  • what you allow an agent to read, since it is passed to that agent and its provider under their terms, not ours;
  • checking an agent's work before you rely on it.

planpage does not run AI models and does not control the agents you connect. We are not responsible for what an agent writes, or for what it does outside planpage, including in your code, repositories or systems, even when it is following a plan approved in planpage.

You can revoke a connection or token at any time under Your account, then Agent connections.

Acceptable use

You must not use planpage, or allow an agent to use it, to:

  • break the law, or publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights (including copyright, trade marks and privacy), or that you don't have the right to share;
  • publish or distribute malware, phishing, scams or spam;
  • harass, threaten, abuse or defame anyone, or publish content that promotes violence or exploits children;
  • share public links to harmful content, or use planpage as a general file host or to get around another service's moderation;
  • publish other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or secrets such as passwords or private keys belonging to others;
  • try to get into accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorised to access, or to probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
  • interfere with or overload the service, including through automated traffic beyond normal use of the MCP server and API;
  • scrape or harvest data from the service or from share pages;
  • copy, resell or rebuild the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
  • impersonate someone else or misrepresent your connection with anyone.

Anyone can report a public share page using the report link on it. We review reports, and we may take down a share link, remove content, or restrict features where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Your content

You, or the people you work with, own the content you and your agents put into planpage: projects, documents, versions, comments, reviews and the rest. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, transmit and process your content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with, to keep it secure, and to comply with the law. This includes showing it to members of your workspaces, to guests you invite, to anyone with a public share link you create, and posting plan details to GitHub pull requests you link (see "Third-party services"). The licence ends when the content is deleted from the service, except for content others have already copied, or that we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to put your content into planpage and to give us this licence.

You can export your workspace content at any time from Your account, then Your data. For organisation workspaces, an owner or admin can export.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can create a public share link for a document if your role in the workspace allows it. Anyone who has the link can read the document without signing in. They can't comment, and the page tells search engines not to index it, but you should treat anything you share this way as public.

You can protect a link with a password, set it to expire (up to 365 days), pin it to a version, and revoke it at any time. You are responsible for who you give the link and password to.

You can also share a document with a guest by email. The guest can see it, and comment if you allow it, once they sign in with a matching verified address.

We may take down a share link that breaks these terms. Visitors then see that the page was removed, and the reason we give.

Third-party services

planpage works with services run by others, including:

  • GitHub and Discord, for signing in;
  • the GitHub App, if you install it, which links pull requests to plans, posts a comment on linked pull requests showing the plan's number, title, status and steps, and sets a "planpage/approved" commit status. Anyone who can see the pull request can see that comment;
  • AI agents and MCP clients you connect;
  • Zipline, if you import from it;
  • browser push services and email, for notifications.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for changes they make that affect planpage.

Availability and support

During early access the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't offer a service level agreement or promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always fast. We may need to take it offline for maintenance or to deal with problems.

Keep your own copies of anything important. You can export a workspace at any time.

Support is available by email at hello@planpa.ge. To help with a problem, a member of our staff may need to view your account; when they do, it is logged and shown in your Security log, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using planpage at any time. To delete your account, email hello@planpa.ge. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and what stays.

We may suspend or close your account, or restrict features, if:

  • you break these terms, or we reasonably believe you have;
  • we need to, to protect the service, other users or the public;
  • the law requires it.

Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first. A suspension may be for a fixed period or indefinite. If you think we have suspended your account by mistake, contact hello@planpa.ge.

We may also decide to stop offering planpage. If we do, we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your content, unless we have to stop sooner for reasons outside our control.

The sections on your content, liability, and governing law continue to apply after these terms end.

Our responsibility to you

If you use planpage as a consumer

If you use planpage for purposes mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK law, including that the service will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Citizens Advice can tell you more about them.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses: planpage is a free service intended for software work, and we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

If you use planpage for business

If you use planpage for your trade, business, craft or profession, or on behalf of an organisation:

  • we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and terms to the extent the law allows;
  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise;
  • our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

Things we never exclude

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for your content, your use of the service, and the agents you connect. If you use planpage for business and a claim is brought against us by someone else because of your content, your agents' actions, or your breach of these terms, you will compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the service, to introduce paid plans, or to meet legal requirements. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless it is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you don't agree, you can stop using planpage and ask us to delete your account before the change takes effect. If you carry on using it after that, the new terms apply.

General

  • Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, for example if our business is sold. We will tell you, and your rights under these terms won't be reduced. You may not transfer yours without our written agreement.
  • Third-party rights. Only you and we have rights under these terms. Nobody else can enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • Severability. If a court decides that part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@planpa.ge so we can try to resolve it.
