Your data

Download a document, a workspace or everything about your account, bring pages over from the old Zipline-based planpage, and delete your account.

Download one document

Open the document, then choose ⋯ → Export markdown. You get the working copy as a markdown file, with blocks written in the same ::: syntax agents use, so you can publish it again later.

Export your account

Go to Your account → Your data → Export your account and click Download account export. The zip holds everything planpage keeps about you:

  • account.json: your profile, email addresses, linked logins (provider, account id, scope and dates; never tokens), sessions (when, IP address and browser), workspace memberships and roles, invitations you sent or haven't answered, agent connections and their runs, API tokens (name, first characters and dates; never the token or its hash), inbox, notification settings, push subscriptions (the push service's host only), documents you follow, unfollowed or were asked to review, share links you made, guest access you gave or received, imports, your Security log entries and the emails we sent you;
  • contributions.json: the comments, reviews and versions you wrote in organization workspaces you can't export yourself, with each document's title;
  • personal/: your whole personal workspace, the same as its workspace export.

Export a workspace

Go to Your account → Your data → Export a workspace and click Download export. It exports the workspace you're currently in; switch workspace in the rail to export a different one.

The zip contains:

  • each document's current text as markdown, in a folder per project,
  • export.json, with every document, version, comment, review, step, link and activity entry,
  • a short README.

You can always export your personal workspace. Exporting an organization workspace needs the Owner or Admin role.

Import from Zipline

Before planpage was a hosted app, the planpage skill stored pages in a Zipline folder. You can copy those pages into planpage.

  1. Go to Your account → Your data → Import from Zipline.
  2. Enter your Zipline URL, for example https://zipline.example.com.
  3. Paste an API token. In Zipline, open Manage account and choose Copy token.
  4. Check the Folder name. It defaults to planpage.
  5. Choose Into project: a new personal project called "Imported from Zipline", or one of your existing projects.
  6. Click Start import.

planpage copies every page in the folder, using each page's markdown twin when it has one. Imported pages arrive as finished, archived documents, so they're searchable history without filling your Inbox. Your Zipline files aren't changed, and the token is deleted when the import finishes.

The Imports list shows each import as Queued, Importing, Done or Failed. One import runs at a time.

After importing, remove the old plugin with claude plugin uninstall planpage and install the current skill; see The planpage skill.

Delete your account

Go to Your account → Profile → Delete your account. The section lists what will happen before you confirm.

  1. If you signed in more than 15 minutes ago, click Confirm with GitHub (or Discord) and sign in again in the window that opens.
  2. Type your primary email address.
  3. Click Delete my account.

Your access ends straight away: you're signed out everywhere, and your agent connections, API tokens, OAuth grants and browser push subscriptions stop working. The account itself is deleted 14 days later. Until then, signing in shows the date and a Keep my account button. Agent connections stay revoked if you keep it, so connect your agents again afterwards. We email your primary address when you ask and again when the account is gone, if email is set up on this deployment.

When the account is deleted we remove:

  • your profile, linked logins, email addresses, sessions, notification settings, inbox and import history;
  • your personal workspace, with its projects, documents, versions, comments and share links, and any custom domain on it;
  • every workspace where you're the only member;
  • guest access and pending invitations sent to your addresses;
  • the live-editing copies of those documents.

Documents, versions, comments, reviews and activity you wrote in workspaces shared with other people stay there, shown as written by Deleted user. Share links you made in those workspaces keep working until someone there revokes them.

You can't delete your account while you're the only owner of a workspace that other people use. The section links to each one: transfer ownership or delete the workspace first.

Deleted data can remain in database backups for up to 30 days.
